Caprese Pasta Salad

Mary Kipps, personal chef to the stars, came up with this lovely creation. A quick recipe that doubles as a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

• Farfalle pasta
• Natural Blonde Bloody Mary Mix
• Fresh mozzarella
• Yellow teardrop tomatoes
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Basil
• Balsamic glaze

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions on the box. Slice tomatoes and add to pasta. Add mozzarella and Natural Blonde Bloody Mary Mix and stir to combine. Garnish with balsamic glaze and fresh basil. Enjoy!
